Maadest – Adults Only

Maadest is an adults-only bed and breakfast for guests of 18 and older, set inside a small art park on Koh Pich in Phnom Penh. The units look out over the river towards the Four Rivers area and the Koh Norea bridge.

Converted pods and a water tower

Instead of ordinary rooms, Maadest offers re-used, movable structures. The Jungloo is a wooden A-frame cabin with high ceilings, natural ventilation and a private plunge pool. The WaterTower is a converted water tower with a suite about 12 m high, a wraparound balcony, a private pool and a lounge corner. One floating pod sits on the Mekong with its own terrace.

Breakfast at your door

Staff bring breakfast to the unit in the morning, and guests like the generous portions. It is continental or à la carte. The bar, coffee shop and sun terrace stay open, and dinner is on the menu. Cycling, bike tours, fishing, a cooking class and live music are also on offer.
