Relais La Ghinghetta – Adults Only (12+)

Relais La Ghinghetta is a small, stylish base in the fishing village of La Maddalena, made for slower days and easy evenings. As an adults-only hotel in Sardinia, it keeps the mood calm, with grown up dining and sea views that suit couples who want things simple and unforced.

Location & surroundings

You are right by the waterfront in La Maddalena, with the harbour, cafés and little shops close enough to reach on foot. Boat trips into the La Maddalena Archipelago are a natural plan from here, especially for quiet coves and clear water. Drive over the bridge to Caprera for walking routes and beaches, or keep it local with an aperitivo by the marina.

Rooms & everyday comfort

Rooms lean modern and breezy, with clean lines and a coastal feel. Expect useful touches such as air conditioning, good bathrooms and a proper place to unwind after the beach. Some rooms come with balconies or sea facing views, which makes early mornings feel calmer. It is not a sprawling resort, so everything feels close and manageable.

Food, drinks and downtime

The hotel is well known for its restaurant, where seafood and Sardinian flavours take the lead without fuss. A rooftop terrace adds a relaxed spot for a drink, especially at sunset. Between trips out on the water, you can settle into the rhythm here and enjoy the quieter pace that suits adult travellers.

Couples and adult travellers

Relais La Ghinghetta suits couples who value atmosphere over entertainment, and who would rather explore than stay poolside all day. Staff can help with local ideas, boat tours and restaurant timing, which keeps plans easy. If you want an adults-only hotel in Sardinia with a village feel and quick access to beautiful islands, it fits well.
