Appius Design Suites B&B – Adults Only

Appius Design Suites B&B is a design B&B in Appiano on the South Tyrol Wine Road, renovated around 2021, with 18 as the minimum age.

A rooftop with whirlpool and sauna

The roof terrace holds a hot tub and a sauna, both looking out over the surroundings. Guests single out this terrace, view included, and say it is just as good in winter. Lower down there is a spa with a relaxation lounge, a sun terrace and a landscaped garden with a saltwater pool in season.

Three suites, each with a loggia

Suite Caldarum (36 m²) looks over the garden towards Lake Caldaro, and Suite Appianum (56 m²) over the village. Suite Appius Sky, at 80 m², has a 360-degree view and its own hot whirlpool. The breakfast buffet covers pastries, local specialities and vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices, and the rooftop serves dinner too.
