Sonnenhotel Adler Spa & Nature – Adults Only

Sonnenhotel Adler Spa & Nature is an adults-only alpine-style spa hotel in the high-lying village of Villandro, with 38 rooms.

Dolomite views from the spa

Two pools, indoors and out, are joined by a hot tub and an open-air bath, and the heat rooms include a sauna, a hammam and a steam room. There are also a solarium and massages. The spa looks toward the Dolomites.

Half board with five courses

South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes make up the five-course dinner served each evening on half board, on the garden terrace in summer. That dinner is the highlight in reviews. Breakfast is a hearty sweet and savoury buffet with regional products.

A hut at 2,000 m

In summer a free barbecue evening takes place at the hotel's hut, at 2,000 m. Winter brings free daily transfers to the ski areas and snowshoeing five times a week at no charge. Walkers and mountain bikers can set off from the front door, and tennis, archery, darts and billiards fill the evenings. Rooms include a Junior Suite with mountain view and doubles in the annexe. The centre is 400 m away, Chiusa station 3.7 km, and the airport at Bolzano is 33.8 km away.
