A butler for the top suites

The top categories come with butler service: oceanfront, ocean view, swim-out and near-beach butler suites, plus a suite with a lake view. Guests say the butler checks in and arranges things for them. Rooms have an indoor private hot tub, a jetted bath, Frette Italian sheets, down comforters and a balcony.

Six restaurants, from surf and turf to French

Casa de la Playa, Bella Vista, Surf & Turf El Galeon, Hashira, Enoteca La Tentazione and Le Tourbillon share the dining, with a French and a Caribbean restaurant too. Breakfast is a buffet from 7 to 10, continental and American. Evenings bring themed dinners, shows and music.

Spa, courses and the lake gardens

Its spa includes a sauna and hot tub, and there are fitness and yoga classes, tennis, kayaking and eco tours. Iberostar Golf Course is 1.4 km away. The centre is about 13 km away, and Punta Cana International Airport is 20.9 km.
