Hotel La Sitja – Adults Only

Hotel La Sitja has seven rooms in a house from the 1940s, in the small village of Benissoda in the Vall d'Albaida between Valencia and Alicante. Guests need to be 18 or older. Mountains surround the village on almost every side.

A private spa on the roof

The roof spa, El terrat de la mitja lluna, has a hydromassage bath and a solarium that you reserve for yourselves. The spa also offers a hot tub, a sauna and massages, but book at least 48 hours ahead. Rooms run from doubles to junior suites, and some have a hydromassage bath.

Regional cooking and wine tastings

The restaurant, El Rec de la Sitja, cooks local dishes with regional touches. It caters for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and halal diets, and the hotel can set up wine tastings. Guests also mention the birdsong on the terrace.

Trails from the door

A walking path starts at the hotel and leads towards the Mariola, Benicadell and Agullent nature parks. Mariola Nature Reserve is 6 km away. Albaida train station is 2.1 km away, and the nearest airport, Alicante–Elche Miguel Hernández, is 82.1 km away.
