Hotel Astoria Playa – Adults Only

Hotel Astoria Playa is a calm, well-run base in Port d’Alcúdia, set up with grown-up downtime in mind. As an adults-only hotel in Alcudia, it keeps the mood quiet around the pool and easy in the evenings, which suits couples and friends travelling without children.

Location & local life

You are in the Port d’Alcúdia area, close to the long sweep of sand and the seafront promenade. A short walk gets you to bars and restaurants for unhurried dinners, while the old town of Alcúdia is ideal for a low-key evening out and market browsing. For a change of scene, you can head towards the marina for sunset drinks and people-watching.

Rooms & everyday comfort

Rooms feel modern and straightforward, with the sort of details you notice after a day in the sun, like air conditioning, a balcony, and decent storage. Some options lean more premium, which is worth considering if you like a bit more space or a better view. Everything is geared towards an easy, no-fuss stay rather than showy luxury.

Pool time, food and drinks

Days tend to revolve around the pool area, with a relaxed atmosphere and enough space to read or nap between dips. You will also find a spa area and a gym for light workouts. Food is centred on the main restaurant, and the bar scene is more about a quiet cocktail than a late night.

Couples and adult travellers

This adults-only hotel in Alcudia works best if you want beach access and a peaceful retreat, without being stuck miles from life outside the gates. Hotel Astoria Playa often leans into couples’ breaks with little touches such as daybeds and a calmer evening schedule. Overall, it suits adult travellers who want sunshine, good sleep, and an easy walk to the coast.
